Renters and Landlords

Per the Bylaws of the Rushland Park Homeowners' Association, HOA Members (homeowners) may delegate amenities access to tenants.  

• Delegates are granted access to member amenities including the fitness area, pool, and clubhouse.  The rights and privileges of delegates are subject to suspension in the same manner as HOA Members for failure to abide by usage policies or for delinquency in dues.  

• The property owner/manager is responsible for providing the fob for fitness area and pool access.  If a replacement fob is required, the cost is $25 billable to the owner.   

• If a lease is terminated early, the HOA should be notified via email (with documentation attached) at rushlandpark@gmail.com.
