To access important homeowners' association information, view statements and make payments, and receive important communications and community updates via email, use the Cedar Management Group Homeowner Portal:
Via the Homeowner Portal, you can...
Pay your annual assessment (dues).
View your balance.
Make additional payments (such as for replacement fobs, etc.).
View the HOA documents and monthly financial reports.
For monthly financial reports, go to “Documents”→”Financials.”
Submit ARC requests (construction requests, to build or make any exterior changes to your home/property).
Submit other requests or report violations of the Covenants & Restrictions.
To report a violation, log in and click “Submit a Request.” Then select “General Request” and select “Violation Reporting.”
Under “General Request” you can submit requests and questions related to billing, access, or other issues.
