HOA Annual Assessment
Rushland Park Homeowners' Association is managed by Cedar Management Group.
Annual assessment information for HOA Members:
The annual assessment is $600.
Each HOA member receives an annual assessment invoice via US mail. The invoice is sent and available in the online homeowner portal in December, and the assessment is due January 1.
The interest penalty for late payments was suspended in 2023 only, and is reinstated in 2024.
Dues can be paid online or via check.

Information for home buyers:
A transfer fee of $100 is due at closing.
Information for home sellers:
Fobs should be transferred to buyers at closing or returned to the HOA board.
