HOA Board Approval is required prior to any construction
on any lot in the Rushland Park community.

This includes construction of fences, decks/patios, walls, pergolas, changes to exterior of homes (including color), etc.  

Construction approvals are due by the 1st of each month for review.  

The review process and tips:

• Your proposal will be reviewed by the HOA Board at the next (monthly) board meeting. 

• Be sure to include all requested details about your project, as failure to do so can result in delay of approval by one month or longer.  

  • A visual representation (drawing, diagram, etc.) is required to indicate the placement of the construction on your lot.  If your contractor does not include this in your estimate or if you are doing the project yourself, KGIS is a great resource for getting a map of your lot:  https://www.kgis.org/kgismaps/
