Clubhouse Reservation Instructions
Reservation Guidelines
The clubhouse may only be reserved by HOA members (or delegates of members) whose annual assessment and other billed costs are paid.
For renters in the Rushland Park HOA: the Delegation of Access to Amenities form must be completed by the homeowner (HOA member), the rental management company, or the renter prior to reserving the Clubhouse.
HOA members may have no more than two upcoming reservations on the calendar at a time. Reservations may not be made more than 6 months in advance.
Notice of cancellation should be sent via email to rushlandpark@gmail.com. Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible to allow other HOA members to reserve the date. Repeated non-use of the Clubhouse on reserved dates without notice of cancellation will result in suspension of Clubhouse access and a fine.
HOA members are responsible for guests at all times. Members and guests must adhere to the rules and policies of all common areas. HOA member must be present at event.
Failure to adhere to the Clubhouse usage policies or to complete the cleaning/reset checklist will result in a fine. The HOA member will be notified via mail or email of any fines applied.
Unpaid fines will result in suspension of access to HOA amenities including Clubhouse, Fitness Area, and Pool, and can result in a lien on the HOA member property.
Reservation Process
Reservation requests must be made at least two weeks in advance. Review of requests may take up to one week.
The HOA Board will review the request to ensure that the date is available and HOA member dues are current. The date will be reserved on the calendar and the HOA member will receive a reservation confirmation and access code via email.
Fines
Failure to complete cleaning and reset checklist:
Tables/chairs/counters not cleaned: $25
Floors/walls/glass not cleaned: $25
Appliances (refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker) not empty and cleaned: $25
Trash not disposed of properly: $25
Doors unlocked/windows open: $25
Furniture in disarray: $25
Restrooms not orderly: $25
Damage to walls/paint (tacks, tape, adhesives, etc.): $150
Damage to furniture: $150
Guests or children using or playing with equipment in Fitness Area: $100
Failure to notify of cancellation/non-use of Clubhouse (2nd occurrence): $50
If repair or replacement of any damaged item(s) exceeds the fine amount listed above, the HOA member will be billed the cost of repair/replacement.
